All deliveries to residential addresses have an “authority to leave” which means it will be left at your premises in a safe place. We send emails with tracking details once your order has left our warehouse and it’s your responsibility to be at the delivery address to sign and accept delivery. DSSE will not be held responsible for any missing or stolen items.                                                                                            If the courier deems the delivery address to be unsafe to leave your items, they will be taken back to the depot and you will be charged a redelivery fee of 10.00€ ex. VAT for small items and up to 50.00€ ex. VAT for larger orders. We urge all customers to make sure they are at the delivery address at time of delivery otherwise its recommended you make other arrangements to avoid any issues.
